Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm ($19 USD for 15 g) is described as a concentrated lip balm to help nourish, repair, soothe, and protect lips. The main ingredients in this balm are honey, plant oils, shea butter, and grapefruit essence. I picked this up after hearing so much hype about it and can't wait to share with my thoughts with you on this product. I picked mine up on the Birchbox website with my Birchbox points.
I purchased this a lip balm to wear at night before I go bed. I tend to prefer a thicker consistency for nighttime balms. I use this after my lip scrub. I know to some $19 USD might seem like a lot to spend on a lip balm but I've purchased even more expensive ones like Baume de Rose from ByTerry so this is cheap in comparison. Plus I think that this will last me a while so that helps to justify the price.
The packaging is a frosted glass jar that feels very fancy and luxe. It is probably too heavy to travel with but I love the look of it in my medicine cabinet. It would be amazing if they made a mini version of this for travel.
Overall, I love this product and it will be a definite repurchase when I run out. It really does moisturize my lips and is perfect for nighttime for me. If you are in the market for a new lip balm I say pick this one up. I know they also sell it at SpaceNK and Bloomingdales. If you've tried this product I would love to hear your thoughts.

DeleteI've given this a sniff and it really is heavenly. Maybe I'll purchase this in the wintertime when my lips are extra dry. Sounds so nice :)

It really feels great to put on before I go to bed. I love it.
DeleteThe product isn't supposed to have gritty bits in it, that's the honey solidifying and means yours is just a little old. Pop it in the microwave for ten seconds and it will melt the sugar, then leave it to set (maybe an hour?) and then you'll get the true texture it's supposed to be :)
